I took Lisa's 2 day Laughter Yoga Leader Certification and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Laughter Yoga is fun, it's therapeutic, it's a great way to connect with people and it good for you! This program is a great way to team build, break down barriers and just have some fun. Lisa is warm and personable and her laughter is contagious. if you get a chance, laugh with Lisa and you won't regret it. in fact you'll want to do more.

Lisa O’Leary is serious about laughter! When you experience Lisa’s contagious laughter, you cannot help laughing along with her. Her warm personality, genuine interest in the well-being of others, and the trust that she inspires has participants instantly engaging in the healing, renewing, and uplifting energies that laughter encourages. The stretching, deep breathing and laughter exercises are beneficial to everyone, particularly to the health and well-being of individuals living with dementia as well as their partners in care. After a laughter yoga session, it is not uncommon to hear, “I haven’t laughed like that in a long time” or “I had forgotten how good it feels to laugh”. We are reminded that despite the challenges of living with or caring for someone with dementia, that the importance of laughter remains a joy that can be mutually shared and experienced. Lisa’s gentle techniques are easy to follow, fun to engage in, and help us to remember just how important laughter really is.
